is it cheaper to book ur transportation to & from hotel in pkg in cancun

Who did you book your trip with? They offer transfers. If you booked an Apple Vacation, their transfers are non-stop.

We usually book a private transfer via AGI Tours. Last year, we paid $90 round trip from the airport to Puerto Morelos. They had a cooler full of cold water. Javier Gonzalez is aweseome. ********@********.***. Toll free....****

I also chose a private transfer so that we wouldn't have to make all of those stops. It was relatively the same price. The private transfer was a few dollars more.

We usually rent a car from Budget, but then we stay at a private rental home further south. Locals would take one of the paradas - usually a van, rather than a bus- which would probably be the cheapest. Agree on a price before you get into a cab, some airport have a standard fee & a person on the curb coordinating cabs, so ask that person just to be sure.

We're cabbing it. I know how far our hotel is from the airport and about how much it should cost so I'm not too worried about getting ripped off. My experience with pre-booked transfers in the past has not been pretty (11 people in a 7 person van plus all their luggage).
