My birthday was yesterday and I was having a rough week last week. None of my friends could hang out half of them didn't even text me or acknowledge that it was my birthday but whatever screw them lol. I usually have sucky birthdays so I didn't have my hopes up high for this one either. That all changed! Sweetbean a WW favorite of mine found my social media and at first I was like omg I'm being stalked! Then she asked for my address but I felt comfortable with giving it to her so I did! She kept asking what kind of stuff I liked and did I have a registry... At midnight she told me that she sent me a wedding planner book for my birthday and that it'll be here Tuesday! I almost cried I really did knowing that practically a complete stranger could do that for me. This forum has some of the best engaged females around, and married ladies also! ADORETAMM!!! YOU ARE IN SAN ANTONIO?! When are you leaving? We should have tried to catch up and I could have bought you a bday drink (FH lives downtown). If you are there on WED, we should try to meet up (stuck in Austin until then)

Before you leave, you should definately try Titos Mexican Food. It is a little hole in the wall in King William, but the food is really good and the margaritas are outstanding (I recommend the beef fajita nachos or the beef fajita torta - a torta is essentially a mexican sandwhich. Afterwords, you can walk around the neighborhood and see all of the historic mansions. It is very pretty. La Fonda on Main is really good too, but pricier. Ekk - so many things to recommend!

Oh wow! Yeah I didn't think he was the type to surprise you, looks like he is! That's awesome! And also good job SweetBean, that's so thoughtful of you! This forum is really filled with people doing great acts of kindness...now if only more people in the world could be like that!

Austin is about an hour and a half from San Antonio. I am so happy that you had fun - I absolutely love San Antonio and can't wait to finally move back. Definately the next time you come into town we will have to meet up!
