Finally Have a Caterer and Menu!!!

Last week my mother called me and said she had a friend that she used to work with that had opened up her own catering business and she gave me her number. I talked to her earlier this week and she called me back to today after pricing it all out. I was in shock get ready for it $975, that is for 100 people and that includes setup, serving, cleanup and tear down. I am so excited now. Her food is delicious and we are having a great menu. Chicken Marsala, Roast beef, Redskin potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls and ziti. 84 days to go!!!
