Feel Good Friday

One of my BM's is coming into town tonight and I havent seen her in months! So excited!

Its finally Friday!!

I made a lot of progress on organization/cleaning the house last night, and will be doing more today....if we end up staying there, I actually have a plan of how I can make myself NOT hate the place.

YAY!

HAPPY FRIDAY!!! I get to leave in 30 minutes to go to my 8 year old neices school for a halloween party. Then tonight FH and I are taking her to Friendly's and to see Hotel Translyvania 2..... :o)

Our marriage license was finally received by the courts yesterday and they will be filing it on Monday, so I will get it Tuesday and can change my name officially on Saturday the 7th (since I can't take off time from work to go to the DMV).

Also, it sucks I'm so unprepared for Halloween this year, but I am SO EXCITED to be the FULL SIZE CANDY BAR HOUSE this year!!! It's a dream come true All the (small amount) kids who came last year said that our house was decorated the best. But we have only been there for technically one Halloween and the decorations were half-assed because we were busy with DH's trip overseas and whatnot. I loved being complimented by the kids. Now, this is even better. Full size candy bars!! We're so cool

As for the name change, I just did the social security name change so step 1 is done! Yay! My only advice is to try to figure out how to do an online appointment because there was a way to do that. Also, I'd already printed out and filled in the SS name change paperwork, so that really sped things along. I can't change my driver's license until I get my new SS card in 1-2 weeks.

First and foremost, it's Friday and I'm leaving work early! WOOOO!

Second, the fam is going to a walking ghost tour at a historic plantation tonight. Yes I'm excited.

Third, the courthouse received our marriage license today. Yasss.

And finally, someone came up to me yesterday and said, "You look fantastic! Those workouts are seriously paying off." My motivation is reborn. Gonna get on the grind to get the rest of this weight off.

Happy Friday and YAY @Elizabeth! My card came in less than a week with SS. I still need to get to DMV to change it there and everywhere else. My name did officially get changed here at work this morning!! It's starting to feel more real now!

Going to my final dress fitting tonight! Meeting with our DJ tomorrow! Woooo!

Both my bosses are out this afternoon.... so there's a 99% chance I also dip out early.

Yay Friday!! FH and I are going to see The King and I tonight, and one of my fave singers Marc Broussard tomorrow. And I get to see my two year old nephew who is the cutest thing in the world on Sunday, when I go to NJ to pick up my engagement ring that's been resized (can't wait to have it back!!). This weekend's gonna rock!

We finally get to watch the episode of the Walking Dead that everyone has been posting about all week. I'm pretty excited about that!

No bosses in today. Tempted to leave early as well and work from home.

I was told you do your driver's license and THEN your SS card...? I work next to the social security office and can walk over any time during the day. So it's not going to be an issue with me at all

Our big day is officially less than a month away!! Paid for our bouquet order and got the shipping confirmation just a few minutes ago. I can't wait to see those babies in person!

Normally, IDGAF about Halloween. I totally want to trick or treat in Pancakes neighborhood to visit the FULL SIZE CANDY BAR HOUSE. I'll dress up for that!
