They sell things like that in the floral section and you could easily turn it into being for your hair!

I checked those ones out, Kim and I like the concept but I wonder if the long strands bend since my hair wont be straght and the others ones are gorgeous but may be heavy.. thinking I may have to take a gander at the craft stores.
