DIL fell for the cake with round square and octagon.... shape didn't cost any different so why not...

I like the look of squares but I always go with round. My Mom's close friend is a baker and she always talks about how difficult it is to make a square cake that's evenly frosted and such. She does them when it's requested of her of course, and like any good baker she gets it done right and timely. But I've always gone with round lol, her complaint influenced me.
