August 2013 brides/grooms: What's on your to-do list?

I've started receiving my RSVPs and because we are having a sit down with 3 choices I have to start pulling together how we are going to make sure that people get what theya re ordering. Also I have to finalize my centerpiece designs and finalize with all of my venders but everything is pretty much on point. AND AM SO EXCIED!!!

Yay!!! It's finally starting to seem real!

Ekkk! Meeting with caterer, and DJ this Friday. I'm working on the song list, and head count. RSVP date is Wednesday. So far i have 85 yes's 22 no's, still waiting 51 yes's or no's.

Still have quite a few things to do

Have sent out all the invites, waiting for RSVP's (we already have some!!), my mom is collecting those, so I need to get her the list of people and a way to keep track of who's ordering what. right now it's mostly random things I need to order online.. custom M & Ms, bridal party gifts, card box. also need to double check our music stuff and go over our ceremony with FH, schedule our final appointments the last weekend in July (walk through, final caterer meeting, hair and makeup trial, getting our marriage license).

Getting sooo close, 47 days to go!

I was super productive today. Bouts, escort cards, banners, thank you sign, and square knots for napkin rings are complete. My hair/make up trial is next Sunday, and my final dress fitting and DJ meeting are next week.

I've received 89 RSVPs out of 170 total invited guests. 82 accepts and 7 declines. The due date is August 1st, so we'll see how my number looks then!

I'm feeling really calm. No anxiety yet; just really excited for that day to be here.

Oh man I have been so insanely busy Ihavent even been on WW if forever!

So..

Last week was the RSVP cut off so were starting to make phone calls to the non responders..

Had my first dress fitting

Working on itineraries, timelines, touching base with vendors and seating charts.

Finally got my e ring sized, picked it up today, fits perfect!

Had my shower at the end of June, it was so beautiful!

My bachlorette party is coming up THIS weekend!!

Ugh, this is gonna be a crazy 32 days...

We are working on our dj form of song list.

We need to track down our people that have not rsvped yet.

We now are working on the seating chart and all the diy projects such as escort cards, card box, table numbers, and the bouquet.

Only things left is print my programs, print my tags for my favors, print my guest book squares, pick my dress up on Friday and get a garter. I'm ready ladies. No mo planning for this bride!
