Did/will you wear two garters?

Read somewhere that I should wear two? One for FH to keep and one for the garter/bouquet toss. Do they go on the same leg? Opposite legs? I guess I never thought of this.

Yes, one to keep and one to throw.

I just wore the garter that was tossed. Honestly, I am not sad about not having one more extra momento.

No garter. I'm 48 freaking years old and FH is 58. We are geezers. No garter because the bride and groom would like the wedding guests to have a good time, LOL.

I've seen the bride wear two on one leg only.

Normally if you buy a set, the toss garter is smaller. I get the bra analogy, but I believe anymore they are generally worn on the same leg. If you are just buying two separate ones that are the same size then I would do both legs. I am only wearing one for our wedding. Our reception is a few weeks later so I bought a separate onefor the groom to throw that will not be worn. I am a little uncomfortable with anyone hiking my skirt up in front of 200 people Smiley smile

There are seriously to many things to think about for a wedding. I will just wear two on one leg. Check that one off the list of shit that I never thought I'd have to worry about!

I'll be wearing both on the same leg b/c that's how I thought it was done. From the pics I've seen of them, one is usually smaller than the other in diameter which led me to believe one was worn further down.

If you wear them at the same time, wear them on the SAME leg!
