Did you show him his ring before the big day?

FH picked out his ring himself! He just sent me the link to the one he wanted.

I picked the ring and he loved it, before I ordered it he saw it.

We went together to upgrade my ring and pick out his for size and style. My fiancé has very expensive taste so I wanted to make sure I get him something he liked.

We pick his ring together. We match his ring as close as possible to my bridal set.

I picked his ring out. He didn't have a choice lol, it has the color that are my stones in my E-ring and wedding bands (which I didn't know that the ring would match mine when I got it). So it matches. Now, I may have to re order the ring in a different size because when I got the ring (a few years ago before he proposed to me, lol.) we both were a tad smaller, so right now the ring does not fit him . Told him well its time to start losing some weight.

This is such a great idea! you know he likes the ring but you still got to surprise him with the engraving. I'm totally doing this as well!

View Quoted Comment I wanted him to get what he wanted. And after seeing what he picked I definitely would have bought him something else but he loves it. He had no idea I was engraving it.

What I did was make a shortlist of rings for him, then got feedback on which ones he liked. He chose 5 out of the 8 I showed him, which was reassuring to know I was on the right track. That was for his engagement ring though.

I feel confident in getting him a wedding band without his input, as I have shown I know his taste, and I love surprising him.

My FH and I are going together to pick our rings out 😊

My FH is going to wear his dad's ring, so it's not a surprise. I think the groom should be given the opportunity to select something that fits his style. If he likes it, he won't take it off!
