So I went dress shopping with my fiancé and his mom. I swear they do everything with me so it felt right even tho my fiancé knows what the dress looks like. We are very untraditional so what the heck lol. Anyways, I seriously don’t know why but I tended to come out of the dressing room with a frown on my face even as I moved around in front of the mirror. My soon to be mother in law always gave a nervous laugh when she was iffy on a dress or hated it but wanted to be polite towards my feelings. My fiancé however was brutal lol. He would say things like next after two seconds, or would say is this supposed to be pretty lol. Anyways, when I found THE dress I just stood in the dressing room trying o twist myself to see every angle before I walked out. I swear I looked just as stupid as the dog chasing its tail. Then I heard three voices ask me if I was planning on coming out so I walked out with a big smile on my face. I heard my fiance,his mom , and the lady who was helping us all let their breath at the same time. No one said a word for a few minutes. Finally , I said something like does this mean we all love it and of course they talked at once lol. My fiancé took a million photos of the dress and we decided to go back. It was a 2019 sneak peek at the new designer dresses that were supposed to be released in March of 2019. This sneak peek was in November of 2018. We went back a couple days later and I tried on a few more dresses but we all kept going back to the dress we picked out. My soon to be mother in law surprised me by saying she was buying the dress that day. So we ordered my dress 11 months before the wedding. It’s supposed to be made and in store by June!!! Seriously, if there are any ladies in Northern Jersey looking for a great bridal shop go to Cocos Boutique in Mine Hill. I had the best service and a wonderful experience. I went to a different bridal shop and the owner told me to leave because I didn’t have a wedding date then. It was awful. But Cocos was a blessing. I love my dress and honestly haven’t looked at other dresses. All I think about when I hear/see wedding dresses is how much I can’t wait to try my dress on in my size.

That's exciting! I'm excited to see what it looks like on you! Hahaha... I'm not getting married until December 10, 2021 so I haven't gone dress shopping yet. When I do, I will post a picture I'm having a hard time holding myself back from going and getting a dress right away. Haha!
