FH is supposed to try on tuxes today. He doesn’t want me there. I feel the need to be there bc he hasn’t helped with hardly anything and doesnt know the exact shade of my bridesmaids dresses etc. And I know his groomsmen are going to be complaining the entire time about having to try on “monkey suits” so it’s gonna most likely be like oh this is red and black cool done if I don’t go. I have severe anxiety and ocd. He’s broke down and said I could come but isn’t happy about it. I don’t want to upset him but I want to be there.

We discussed what he'd like for tuxes and came to an agreement. I got swatches of the bridesmaids dresses for him to bring with him and that was that. It was his time to spend with his guys and I trusted him to pick something that went well and he was comfortable with.

HAHAHA, I honestly wouldnt care no. His mom is making my dress. And if my man cared about clothes, I wouldnt be with him. I want a man. Not no pansy.

I compromised with FH on this. I told him the colors I wanted them in but he got to pick the details of the specific design and style. So I still went when the got fitted but I stayed in the background and let him make his own decisions. He actually did very well on his own! So hopefully your FH will do great as well!

Groom picked his... with my approval 😜😂 do you have a swatch of the fabric for the bridesmaid dresses that he can bring to make sure everything matches?

My fiance's mother is going with him. She wanted to do something so I said if my mother gets to pick a dress with me why can't his mum help pick his suit? His mum is happy with that and I know it'll look okay.
We both talked it over and he wants a grey suit. We're waiting to see how much more weight he loses (he's down two pant sizes in six months) before buying though.

I went, but my FH picked everything. All he asked my input for was the tie colors to make sure they matched for the groomsmen. His wanted his tie color to be different so he asked me in what shade range that would work and picked from there. Luckily, when he picked black shoes, his best man stepped in to tell him brown would look better, had a good laugh, he is used to wearing black and brown together because of his uniform.
