I’ve posted previously about how the bridal shop I purchased my dress from ruined my dress right before my wedding. Literally right before. (24 hours to try and get it fixed..? LOL). Everyone on here was so helpful. I wanted to take the actions that were suggested on my posts:
https://www.weddingwire.com/wedding-forums/getting-a-refund-for-ruined-wedding-dress/fcf22adfd70c4e19.html
But unfortunately it was just too time consuming taking care of my toddler full time and the one thing I thought I could do was reach out to the designer before posting a review. Last week I contacted the designer who said they would contact the store and try to work things out. Today they messaged me saying they have decided this bridal shop will now no longer a retailer for them. Not a surprise to me considering the owner’s attitude…
However, I’m curious to know if anyone has been able to get some refund for unsatisfactory business and how. Not only was my dress botched, it completely ruined the dress experience for my wedding.
*Fyi the store is Flares Bridal in Walnut Creek, CA. *
