Did i make my rsvp date too late?

Wedding is 8/18, final headcount is due to venue two weeks before the wedding. I made the RSVP date July 25th to give me a week of "gathering the stragglers". Thoughts? Now I am wondering if I should have given myself more then a week...

I think it will be enough time but your bridal party team may just have to pitch in to help call the stragglers to confirm they are coming so it will just have to be a team effort but i dont think it will be too over whelming.

If you have the time, I think you did right. While you might want to give yourself more time to "gather stragglers", giving them more time MAY mean that you have less stragglers to gather.

Same wedding date. I did mine for a month before to allow time to chase people down.

My RSVP due date was 2 days ago and it's not so hard to follow-up with the people, especially if you share the task with FH, MOB, etc. A week to do this should be just fine.
