Did anyone break up before your wedding?

I've got a couple now who have already responded that they are coming to the wedding, but now they're facing trouble. Should I still include the date in the seating/food count in case they work it out? We're friends with the guy in the equation and it's really the girl who is having issues/not being...

Blegh.

One of the groomsmen broke up with his girlfriend. That was awkward but we figured it out. Thankfully she didn't try and come anyways just to screw with him. I would have told her no though, I have some serious bridal balls in these situations, lol.

@CeCe. I gotta strap my bridal balls back on, lol! He was just doing so well with this girl, lol, and she immediately sent back the RSVP card when invites went out, so I think she was super pumped about coming with him.

Yeah, we had a friend who got married in May-- he and his wife were in our WP, and by our wedding party in September, you guessed it-- they were getting divorced! So, we sat them at opposite ends of the bridal table and of course they did NOT escort each other down the aisle.

Doesn't help your situation at all. I guess I just wanted to tell my story. Smiley sexy

@Zoe, it's fine! lol I always like to know how stuff turns out like that. Will probably just have to flat out ask her.

That's really a tough one! I'm not sure! I'm worried about my uncle and ex-aunt. I want to invite her since she's been in my life for a long time, but my uncle deserves to bring a date just like anyone else. And no one is communicating with me what kind of page they're on today.
