Hi All! My fiancé and I are planning a destination wedding in Los Cabos and are looking to find a fun way to host a Welcome Party/Meet and Greet event for our family and friends a couple days before the wedding. Does anyone have a suggestion for a fun and/or unique idea?

A lot of resorts offer dinners with special entertainers such as fire dancers and drum shows.

I agree with what Chrysta mentioned! Check with your resort and see if they offer anything like that, or have hosted for couples that have the same idea you both have!

Oh yes! A show like that would be really fun!!
You could also ask your resort if you could set up a beach party or congregate at a beach bar for fun mingling!!

Thanks All! We will def ask the resort about ideas as well. Right now we’re thinking either a beach bonfire with music or one of the bars at the resort. Always down for something super unique and memorable though.

We are having a destination wedding. Not all-inclusive. Most of our guests are staying in the hotel we will.
We planned to have a welcome drinks ( beer, wine and whiskey ) with appetizers in the main rooftop pool of the hotel for 2-3 hrs. Before the day of the wedding to get the weekend celebration started
