So we went down a month before and stayed at James Sidney Hotel in September- I believe September 20, 2019 we did ours. It literally took us 7 minutes to walk to the Clerk's Office from the hotel.

What are you nervous about maybe I can help you or give you some insight on what to do?

View Quoted Comment I've talked about driving down to TN a few weeks before, but it looks like if you go outside of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge the prices for your licenses change. We live 5 hours away so just going to leave early that Friday before our wedding. I told my FH he needed to take that Thursday off so we can leave extra early to accommodate the time difference.

So if you do not reside in TN it will only cost $45 take cash. Now you have to remember that is Spring Break for a lot of kids so it maybe crowded when you all go.

We went to this location and it is low key and ducked off, it looks like a construction area but it is not busy because where it is. We was there maybe 10-15 minutes because I did the pre-application on line a couple weeks before going down. So the process was quick! We went there and then walked down to the Pancake House on Reagan Drive and had Ginger as a waitress and she was awesome.

Your marriage comes quick in the mail; we got married on 10/19 and the mailman dropped it off to my door on 10/28; it was confirmed on 10/24 with the Clerk's Office.
