So we are doing a dessert only reception from 3:45-5:30pm on a Sunday (wedding is at 3pm). We are serving punch from 3:20-3:45 while we take a few pictures, then cheesecake and coffee, tea and water after that. While I understand that not everyone will love cheesecake (although how can you not? 
, we want to keep things simple, if they don't want cheesecake, no big deal. However now I've come to the realization that my own children won't eat cheesecake and maybe I do need to offer another option. I have not yet convinced FH of this
So....along the lines of SIMPLE....picnic in a park simple.....what do you think I should offer? Here's what I've thought of so far, open to others:
s'mores bar
homemade chocolate chip cookies
caramel apple bites (haven't figure out details...)
I am also potentially open to the idea of something not sweet if it "goes" with our requirements of "fall theme, simple and inexpensive"
