Dessert bar help

We are doing buffet style for our food. The company will come and set that up and fill it and all. We are planning on having a soft serve ice cream machine with toppings so people can make sundaes and then a chocolate fountain bar for our desserts instead of cake. We were wondering who do you ask to handle desserts and drinks (set up and refilling)?

    My family is unique In the way that everybody helps at everybody's weddings. At my wedding, my aunts will be helping keep our cake table moving and my cousins are keeping the drink station in check. Maybe see if any of your family members would be willing to do so. If not, ask around and see who would be willing if you paid them.

    Do you have a DOC? This would probably be a task that they would be willing to take charge of. I know my DOC is going to help keep our bar stocked (only serving wine and beer, self-serve)

    I would ask your caterer or DOC. Your family and friends shouldn't have to work at your wedding.
