Desperately needing Bachelorette ideas 🥹

I am trying to set a location and date so I can hand my bachelorette planning off to my MOH. My wedding is in May so I’m thinking sometime mid to late April. Our wedding is in Vegas and we are in OR with bridal party mostly in CA and OR. This would be for 10-12 but I’d be willing to expand that if it kept costs down.

I’m trying to keep the costs down but desperately want to go somewhere we can go out clubbing or to an EDM event, have a spa day and maybe get out on a lake or river.
I’d been set on Puerto Vallarta but I’m seeing some recent news of a dengue fever outbreak. My second idea was Miami but that seems a bit expensive so I need new options.
Any help would be great! I’m not opposed to CA but would love something driving distance from OR as well.

I’ve gone to a Bach in Miami and Vegas! Vegas was definitely more fun between the two but Miami would also be fun and could rent a boat!

I don't know about EDM, but if you do the bachelorette around Las Vegas, you could do part of it around Boulder City and Lake Mead.
