I'm terrified my wedding reception will look like a 5 year olds birthday party. So here's the decor I've bought. Any suggestions on what if anything else to get? I'm not doing table numbers or any seating arrangements.

Were the paper lanterns supposed to be centerpieces? If so, maybe do arrangements of them altogether and if you can do different sizes would be nice

I love the fall vibe! I think you have nailed the rustic theme if that is what you are going for. And the honeycomb decor is very vintage if you we trying to incorporate a bit of that.

I absolutely love honeycomb bells! A family friend that got married years ago still had there bells and allowed us to use them on our special day. We used them to decorate our sweetheart table.
