Leave it! It’s gorgeous as is. If you’re going to add anything, I would do a welcome sign with some flowers or greenery as a border.

Your venue is so pretty as it is and since most of your guests won’t be spending much time at the front, the added decoration expense isn’t really necessary. We did a sign with greenery only as they walked in but it was a general decor sign we wanted for our home that had our last name and est. 2019. Otherwise the venue had a general welcome sign we could have used. I’d save the money to be spent elsewhere.
