Decision making

Same boat! Got engaged June 2019 getting married July 2021.

I wanted a small wedding on a beach or Vegas with close friends and family. He wanted the big wedding and here we are. Ive felt so alone in this process and stressed because he wants the big wedding. I sit down and talk to him about things and he just seems to not care. We have got into a couple arguments because hes not helping but wants this. Now I feel I have to much money down to just redo planning so im now trying to find the bright side of it and plan. He picked out the cake company but no flavors yet. We are currently looking at tuxs but not really making the calls besides oh I like this and the price is good. but other than that im pushing things to him to make a decision on.

My Fiance isn't too keen on the planning aspect, if it was up to him we'd be going to the courthouse. What works for us is I do the bulk of the research show him a few choices with their prices and we make a decision that way.

View Quoted Comment I think what helped for us was we actually got to see the venue done up. They had all the vendors there so it made it easy to see what things we liked. That's how he insisted on the donut station
