Deciding between Wedding heels! Please help *

These are lovely! I recommend avoiding shoes with a zipper because if the zipper goes bust your in trouble. Speaking from experience here!!

Everyone’s ankles are different but with that said I have more trouble finding a perfect fit with shoes with the zipper/ closed back. Depending on the brand and style I find they can rub and blister the back of my ankle where my skin meets the top of the closed part. I have never had blister problems with just ankle straps like the first and last (Tanessa and Clara) so they get my vote. Good luck!

All your choices are so pretty! I much prefer an open heeled shoe. If there is a zipper back then often I get blisters. It is especially bad if there is a seem or rough edge on the heel which usually happens wirh cheaper shoes. That being said, I have never worn Badgley Mischkas. I have heard they are great quality.

I wear heels often so I find the zipper more comfortable now and usually more supportive- HOWEVER when I first started wearing them I’d get terribly painful blisters on the back of my heels from them. To this day, I personally like the look of strap heels more, but feel like I’m more likely to roll my ankle in them in comparison.
I think it’s personal preference!

Have you worn sandals with the back of the heel closed off like the ones in the pictures? Certain ones blister my heels really badly, but others were fine, so I'd say it would come down to your personal tolerance/ preference. I've always felt like shoes with covered heels were more supportive than the ones with the dainty ankle straps (and my heels aren't always in good shape to be shown off lol).

All of the shoes you have chosen are beautiful. Personally ones with the zipper on the back tend to rub the back of my heel and create blisters so I ve learned to avoid those. Everyone's feet are different though so chose the shoe that feels most comfortable on you or make sure to have backup comfy footwear on hand just in case they start to bother you. Good luck!
