Okay so I finally come to the conclusion I need a bit of help.. does anyone know anything about wedding coordinators? I looked them up and they’re all between ****.. is that right? And does anyone know where I can get cardboard printed? I have a window panel with clips for my seating lists and went to michaels and staples and they can’t print on small paper? In Ny any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

    Hi and welcome!

    Where in NY are you? Wedding coordinators are often associated with a venue - does yours not have one?

    If you give us a little more information, I'm sure we'll be able to help.

    As for the cardboard...? Is it possible for you to print them all on one big piece of paper and then cut it up? Also, you might try finding a print shop near you, they would be the best bet for specialty printing.

    I’m in queens! They don’t have a coordinator just event managers- yeah we’ve come across one that said he could print it bigger then do it!

    Oh, that's rough. Our venue contact was also our coordinator. The problem with NYC is that it's just so expensive.

    I recommend using the Planning Tools link above, it should help give you an idea of what's average around here.

    If that ends up being out of your budget, perhaps you can deputize a family member to be point person?
