Hey everyone! I'm really having trouble figuring out a timeline. We are allowed to use the whole day at our location. I Wana have the actually ceremony before sunset, and dancing when it's dark. It's in my state in September. We are allowed to stay until about 11. Thanka in advance!

I would first suggest speaking with all of your vendors such as videographer or photographer DJ etc. I’m running into these issues right now where I had my timeline all set and gave my videographer 2 hours before the wedding starts for prep and they still don’t have enough time apparently. So before you make any sort of timeline I would really just reach out to them to see what and when they need what.

Like DJ recommended, I would speak your vendors. Our venue coordinator, photographer, hair stylist and makeup artist were able to help us create our timeline.

Hi Cassandra! Since you have all day at your venue, I'd start with your end time of 11pm and work backwards with your vendors to make your day-of timeline!
