Day-of Timeline

Alex, on July 13, 2020 at 1:45 AM Posted in Planning 0 6
Needing LOTS of help for the timeline!
Please note that drive time isn’t really a factor for us. All locations are less than 10 minutes driving with traffic.

- We only have a MOH & BM for the party- FH & I are getting ready in separate locations- Planning a first look, probably at our church- We have a 2pm ceremony (Catholic mass) with a 4pm cocktail hour
Please send me your timelines! ❤️

Have you talked with photographer about your timeline? I know we were super lost on our timeline and I asked my photographer for suggestions and she emailed us a suggested timeline for the day that was perfect.

Talk to your photographer. They’ll know how much time goes into each thing and how much time they’ll need at each stage. You may think putting on your dress will only take X amount of time and your photographer may tell you that X amount more is needed to capture certain images. You’ll definitely want his/her input, especially for the amount of time needed for the first look and for you to hide after that and before the ceremony.

Yes the photographer will really tell you the best timing because I had one idea and my photographer told me a whole different schedule.

As the PP's said, I would ask your photographer. Our photographer and planner/DOC prepared our timeline for us.

We made the timeline about 2 months before the wedding with the help of the photographer and the DJ. Your vendors are key in helping you make a timeline that works for your wedding.
