Day of Timeline - Thoughts?

Looks pretty good to me. Do you have a DOC, and have you met with your DJ yet? I made our timeline, but didn't get it "finalized" until going over it with those vendors. They had suggestions that helped perfect it.

Our DOC though will take care of managing the team setting up for the venue (also staffed by the venue) and will also handle the vendors as they arrive. We are meeting with the DJ on the 23rd. I just wanted to have a draft of the timeline before meeting with him so we can discuss it. Same with hair and make up. I'm just guestimating that we would start at 9:30am for that. There are 8 of us getting hair and make up done and probably 2 artists working on us

That is what I did. I drafted what I thought would be the timeline, then finalized it after confirming details with: DOC, officiant, DJ, and H&MUA.

Looks good, but I agree go over it with the DJ & DOC. Both our DJ & DOC have been amazing. The DJ gave so many helpful ideas, but then I told them both my timeline of things & they linked up to ensure that my timeline worked (you know that I didn't have something out of place that would set the kitchen staff back & would have a domino affect). Based on their feedback, some of my timeline had to be tweaked but this is ok with me - I am not an expert in this.
