Day of schedule and order of events, thoughts?

Looks good to me as a rough timeline but just remember things never are timed perfectly. Some things will end up being earlier or later than you planned just because of how things play out, just make sure you’re prepared to go with the flow!

A suggestion is to do cake cutting before dances. Is always easier to get people in the dance mood right after yours dances.
Another recommendation is to try to have speeches before salad starts serving so right on 6:15. Is just looks bad in pictures when people are shewing food or eating in between and at least it flows smoothly with the food transitions and not having waiters on the way clearing out.
Lastly make sure you always add pre ceremony to your schedule to stay more organized. Add make up time as well as get dress, pre ceremony pics, etc.

That's good. But think about doing the cake cutting after dinner. Put the food together get it over with so most of the people who are older won't have to wait that long to eat dessert n leave. That's usually their sign off, the cake.
