Things that aren't messy nor stain your teeth.
Peanuts, cheese and meat, apple slices, pringles.

We had pastries and fruit for breakfast, then Chick-fil-A wraps for lunch. The couple is responsible for feeding the wedding party.

You can wraps prepared and delivered by your caterer. Anything you want that can be delivered, be it your favorite fast food or anything. Or get sandwich platters from Costco.
Make sure the men are fed too.

For daughter's wedding, the guys all went out for a big late breakfast (it's their tradition for each others weddings...and it's convenient since it only takes them 10 minutes to get ready...). The BM's all came to our home and were here for about 90 minutes for lunch, getting ready photos, etc., before we left for the venue at 12:30. We had turkey and beef from the deli, rolls, fresh fruit and veggies, chips, and cookies, etc. They ALL ate protein and fruit, some ate a roll. I had prepared it all in tupperware type containers, so it was really easy to put lids back on and stick them in the fridge before everyone went to put their dresses on. We had random people stop by the house the next day after the wedding, including the B&G, so it worked out well to have easy stuff for snacking ready in the fridge.

It is the responsibility of the couple to provide food for the wedding party. I would suggest making sure you have proteins and veggies available (such as a veggie trays, meat and cheese trays, deviled eggs, etc.). I would also suggest limiting sugars and carbs, as they cause blood sugar spikes and crashes, as well as bloating (that last one is probably more of a concern for the ladies and fitting in their dresses lol). Make sure you also have plenty of water so everyone stays hydrated.

I'm planning on providing sandwiches and such for wedding party for lunch, and also providing a mimosa bar, water, juice, fruit trays, coffee cake, and granola bars for breakfast (since we are starting hair and makeup at 9am).

For us girls I got some croissants and small pastries for breakfast and 2 veggie sushi platters and they were awesome! It was liked by all, no one felt hungry, but also no one felt bloated/overstuffed/etc that could come with heavy food. I also love the idea of veggie, meat, and cheese trays! I paid for the food (my mom also helped) because they all came out early to start hair. For the guys they all kind of did their own thing until they were going to the venue so my husband didn't worry about their food, but I would've suggested he do the same as me if they needed food!

My husband's groomsmen ate breakfast on their own since they didn't need to get ready together until noon. After they were ready, they had lunch at the bar within the hotel/venue. I provided breakfast and lunch for my bridesmaids. I got them donuts and bagels for breakfast and pizza for lunch. Our venue also provided coffee and water for breakfast. The bride and groom generally provide food for the bridal party while getting ready.

The couple pays for their wedding party food. Breakfast burritos or sandwiches/wraps are good—something with protein.

We had a pizza party, which goes against EVERYTHING people are saying. But my parents no longer live on the East Coast, and crave NYC pizza when they're here.. and absolutely none of us were going to say no to pizza.

We also had a crackers and cheese platter from the supermarket, my MOH brought chocolates, the venue provided drinks... honestly, we had a great pre-game!

My HMUA was also a friend of mine, and her husband is a gem of a human being - my parents were about to run out and get the pizza, and he wouldn't let them - he went and got it for us.

Naturally, I hadn't even thought of bringing my toothbrush, but ... DH is Italian. I don't even think he notices garlic-breath. Smiley xd

The bride should provide it. The bridesmaids got ready from 10AM-4PM (wedding at 5PM). Bride/groom provided transportation, and breakfast & lunch from Panera. Breakfast was breakfast bars, a fruit tray, bagels & cream cheese, and a pastry plate. Lunch everyone picked their own meal. We also had coffee, waters & champagne. The groom took all the groomsmen to lunch at a restaurant then they headed to the venue around 2PM. We had snacks (bars, peanuts, jerky, etc.) and beer/water for them.

Make sure to have plenty of beverages too so people can stay hydrated. While alcohol is festive it dehydrates you fast. Have bottled or sparkling water, coffee from a local barista, juices, etc. You can stock up at Costco beforehand or have everything delivered from a local coffeeshop/fast food place in one order.
