Day of coordinator

Hi— yes. I am using the one from my venue but I had the close to go elsewhere.


$800 is the price I was quoted.

This depends on your location. No two people will pay the same price or get the same services.

I found one on Craigslist who was also on WeddingWire and they did minimum two hours and it was $75 per hour

I found a day-of-coordinator that is relatively newer to coordinating on FB. She quoted us $210 for consultation, set up, and tear down of our beachside styled picnic elopement. (This includes a travel fee).

$1200 for the full day .

I found a friend of my moms who LOVES doing stuff like this, and asked her if she would be my coordinator for me! She said she does it for free, because she sees it as a hobby, enjoys doing it, and says “lots of things in life are expensive, you shouldnt have to worry about this as well” ... though we do plan on tipping her a good amount!!! It saves us stress with putting the church back the way it needs to be for sunday services the next day

Hi my DOC was $900! I am in Virginia. It will kinda depend on your location/specific area, but $900 was kinda a steal in my area. The other DOCs I inquired with were in the $1200-$2k range yikes for me

My venu came with one. I was probably going to hire one anyways after hearing from people around me it was worth the money. I just don't want to stress the day of as much as possible.

Most coordinators supplied by a venue only focus on making sure rules are followed and will not do the same duties of a day of coordinator such as getting vendors on the same page behind the scenes, table/decoration setup

My venues owner does everything. When touring the venue she told me "I will do everything set it up, tear it down, coordinator with all the vendors. I want you, mom, grandma, aunt Jane everyone just to be able to relax and not worry about a thing!" I believe it all the reviews say how the price of the venue is worth it just to have her.

We paid $2300 for our DOC package

I am paying $1350 for my DOC. She will provide two people to set up and tear down my venue as well!
