You can use the Vendor search on WW. Just email a bunch that appeal to you and ask for pricing. That will give you an idea of rates for your area. It can range from a couple hundred bucks to over a thousand.

I am using Aubrey from Simply Created Events. She is 800$ for DOC and thats cheap! i've seen everywhere from ****$ for DOC. She is on wedding wire.

I had Sara from http://www.wildflowerspecialevents.com. There are 3 ladies in the company and they have the most reasonable prices in the area. They're young but really reliable. They're relatively new in the business, hence the reasonable prices. But I met two of them and can't tell you enough about them. They're really awesome.

Thanks so much for the tips Ladies! I'm still thinking and mulling what I'd like to do. Funnily enough I have avery good friend who is an event planner and when discussing this with him, he kind of offered. I'm still a bit wary of the 'friend' thing -- but it does come at the right price. We will be discussing it and I may still interview some vendors. I appreciate the firsthand recommendations!
