Day of coordinator cost

Mine charges $40/hour and I can use her as much or as little as I need. I told her my max budget was $800 and she said she can meet that budget requirement.

Im looking at the DOC as the stage manager for the wedding day. I don't want to worry about the flow, whether dinner is being served in time, etc. I want to outsource that job and enjoy the day and have someone execute my vision. I read that you should have your planner/ DOC be 8-10% of your total wedding budget. So if an executer is something that's important to you, you may need to cut back on other areas. You should take time to meet with your prospective DOCs to see if you feel comfortable "handing over the keys" to your wedding day.

My DOC has done a couple in Tahoe. I'm not sure about her month of, but her day of (with meetings, setup teardown etc) was 950. She was AMAZING!!! Elegant Inspirations, owner Nicole, out of Sacramento.

Chicago starts around $1000 and goes up from there. If looking at a well known brand, probably more like $1500+.

Mine is $1075 in Lancaster, PA for "month of"

Mine is about $700 in South Florida and so far she's been extremely helpful.
