Phone chargers, first aid kit, sewing kit, water bottles, copies of vendor contracts/vendor contact info, vendor tips, and maybe a snack or two.

Toothpicks or floss because you may have stuff stuck in your teeth while you eat!

The only thing I actually used out of my day of bag was perfume, make up powder, gum and deodorant.

The only one I'm not sure of is the hair and makeup artist - I personally would tip them cash either way just because I always tip hair stylists, regardless of if they own their own business or not. If they're coming to your location to do hair/makeup for you, I would consider giving them a cash tip. If you are going to their location, a gift would probably be fine.

Maybe grab a bunch of "travel sizes" of common medications - Aleve, Tums, Pepto Bismol, etc. You never know what would crop up and you want to be feeling your best!
