Phone chargers, first aid kit, sewing kit, water bottles, copies of vendor contracts/vendor contact info, vendor tips, and maybe a snack or two.

Toothpicks or floss because you may have stuff stuck in your teeth while you eat!

Which vendors do you tip? I’m still stuck on that. Our caterer includes tip in the pricing.
Our DJ is a family friend who will be getting gift because they refuse cash

Yeah dude I did not have these in mine and I had broccoli all stuck in my teeth and so I had my MOH go look for toothpicks ahah cause you’ll for sure be taking plenty more photos through the night so that was not a good look if I had food stuck in my teeth

The only thing I actually used out of my day of bag was perfume, make up powder, gum and deodorant.

I'm planning on tipping the photographers, DJ, hair/makeup artists, cake/dessert delivery person, videographer (if we end up booking one), bartenders, and venue staff (though their tip is already included in our venue/catering pricing).

Here is a good article on who to tip: https://www.weddingwire.com/wedding-ideas/wedding-tipping-guide-amp.html
I think a gift for your DJ is fine in place of a cash tip!

Everything I read says that it’s not “necessary” to tip if your vendor owns their own company. Our photographer owns her company, so does my hair and makeup artist and decor planner. I was also thinking of doing gifts for them also. Do you think that’d be okay? The only person we “plan” to give a cash tip is the bartender

I think that works perfectly for the photographer and decor planner! The only one I'm not sure of is the hair and makeup artist - I personally would tip them cash either way just because I always tip hair stylists, regardless of if they own their own business or not. If they're coming to your location to do hair/makeup for you, I would consider giving them a cash tip. If you are going to their location, a gift would probably be fine.

Maybe grab a bunch of "travel sizes" of common medications - Aleve, Tums, Pepto Bismol, etc. You never know what would crop up and you want to be feeling your best!
