Day 1 of JM 30 day shred! Anyone lose weight or see results with this??

    I'm a quitter and only got to day 10, but my endurance improved significantly from day 1 to day 10 that's for sure. Have fun screaming and cursing at her Smiley winking..I've said it before, Jill and I have a love/hate relationship.

    I made it half-way through before a foot injury knocked me out. I did see changes though. Take pictures and lots of measurements before hand and you will notice a difference. A lot of people gain weight in the beginning which is discouraging unless you take measurements! You gain muscle weight and lose inches which is very important

    I did day one, kicked my butt... Got off track and trying day one again. I find that I have to pause it, which is a no no but I'm out if shape in a bad way. Smiley sad. I had ACL surgery 15 months ago, gained weight, didnt do all my rehab... I'm definitely wearing my brace and wearing one on the good knee too. Good luck!! You encourage me to keep going and ill encourage you!! Smiley winking

    I did all of 30 day shred and now I am on week 3 of ripped in 30... They kick your butt but it is so worth it! I did not need to lose weight, just tone and that has worked well for me. Good luck!

    Theres also another diet/workout thats really awesome its 90 days though and its called the bikini body mommy challenge

    shes on facebook and she post all the workouts on there in her albums. its amazing i started 3 weeks about but stopped because i got so caught up with school finals but im starting back on it next monday!

    I did this and lost 15 pounds by the end of it. definitely got me toned where i wanted to be Smiley smile her body revolution is just as good

    Quick question to those who have used this video...is it something I could do in a hotel room while watching the video on my laptop or do I need a bunch of equipment? Traveling with dumbells in your carry-on isn't so easy!

    Its something you can do without dumbbells but i would highly recommend for better results

    I started it the end of Feb and did levels 1 and 2 for 10 times each (but not consecutive days - I would do cardio, abs or rest to give my knees a break in between). I don't think I lost much weight, but I definitely noticed more toning. I need to get back into it at level 3 but I'm dreading it lol.

    If you google "30 day shred before and after" you can see some people's results posted on MFP or other blogs, some of which are very impressive!

    And almost Mrs. P, you need dumbbells but doing it without them is still better than nothing and I bet you'd still work up a good sweat!

    I'm still doing it!!! It's become my all the time workout because its so quick but kicks my butt. I can't do level 2 or level 3 because of my knees but there's plenty you can do to make level 1 harder. I haven't lost weight on the scale but I definitely feel stronger and feel like my belly is smaller!!!
