Anyone been able to get in contact with David's Bridal?
I know they are closed with everything going on, but my dress was in the store for alterations prior to the closing and is due to be picked up tomorrow which i know won't happen.
The ceo sent an email several weeks ago saying how much they cared about their brides and that they would be calling brides with alterations in the store for options on sending the dress to the house.
I've been trying to contact them via text and phone for the past several weeks for an update on whether it's even being worked on and if I can just have it sent back to me. No responses, I keep getting pushed from one place to another without any real answers.
Anyone else able to get through?
