Hello lovely ladies,

For anyone moving forward with a summer/fall medium-sized wedding, what are your plans for entertainment? We're thinking we will likely have to cap our guest list at 50 come October, but there may still be social distancing measures in place - not a very fun environment to dance in. Fifty is still way too many people to have a "dinner-party" type wedding, with only food and conversation - how have your entertainment plans changed?

So far we have liked these ideas:
Renting arcade games
DIY flower bar
Live painter
Caricaturist

Acrobats/aerial dancers

Artisan (the example we saw was cigar roller, which is prohibited at our venue, but maybe there are some other neat ideas)

I'd love to view this as an opportunity to work outside of the box and have unusual entertainment.

Some other ideas we saw but didn't care for were:
Carousel/fairground rentals

Fire dancers/breathers

Magician

Comedian

Barista/Latte artist

Animal visit (pony/llama/etc)

Lawn games

What creative ideas have you seen?

These are exactly my sentiments and unfortunately my reality. Smiley sad My wedding is next month and the no dancing rule in NY still stands. I have until Wednesday to make a final decision (postponing, alternative entertainment, etc.)

Sorry you are in this position. I'd weigh all your options. We ended up eloping on our day and are hoping to have a big celebration once Covid is a thing of the past. I don't regret getting married but am disappointed with how it turned out. Wishing you the best!
