Dances in reception timeline

As of right now, we have a grand entrance into the reception planned after our photos followed immediately by our first dance. The only other dance we have planned is a dance with my kids, where my FH and I are going to dance with each child then switch halfway through the song. Where should that dance fall? Should it be right after our first dance? Or after dinner and use it to segue into opening the dance floor? Pros/cons of each? Thanks in advance ☺️
