Cupid Shuffle Anyone?

It;s an absolute must for me! I love the cupid shuffle. I am huge on the line dances. I love the Electric Slide and the Cha Cha Slide and the Hustle. It's a fun way to get people up and moving!

That was the only group dance we did and everyone had a blast!!! I was very against it but my friend really pushed it, and she was right it was fun. Made great pics cause pretty much no1 knew what they were doing.

Cupid shuffle is on my no play list. It reminds me of those dance games they make you play on cruises.

I think you either love the cupid shuffle or hate it...I love it, but not enough to play it if FH hates it

Oh I'd be upset. I LOVE the cupid shuffle. it's so fun. I mess up the steps too occasionally just cause I am not very coordinated even though i've done that dance a billion times. i just laugh at myself and continue on.

Tell him it's HIS wedding. It won't be like another wedding. If he makes a fool of himself, it will be like he created his own steps to the song. Normally I get a tad embaressed when I miss steps but @ my own wedding I just let loose. I made a ton of mistakes but figured since I'm the bride no one is gonna say anything.

Kris, that's funny about the Summer Nights, my DJ's have a list of all group/line dance songs, and they totally had that in there. All I have to do is check yes no only if someone requests it. Lol.

I'll be doing the cupid shuffle and the electric slide (to a different song-most do it to some country songs too) because my mom is taking the time to learn them. Fh has trouble with the one count turn on the electric slide (as a DJ he's come up with unique ways to teach it) and because he thinks it will be great to see my mom doing it and she's excited, he's willing to let it in for the cupid shuffle. But definately no chicken dance. that one's only really cute if you have a lot of kids between the ages of 4 and 8 (old enough to do it, but not old enough to worry about looking cool)

I totally forgot about the Cha Cha Slide!!!!! Now I definitely want that one at our wedding, but I'll see if I can convince FH

I counting on my cheerleader daughter to lead the dance and she is super excited to have this song playing at the wedding.

We will absolutely have group dances! Not only do I love them but my family (and I'm willing to bet his family) loves them too! I think it gets people out on the dance floor especially with a good DJ livening things up!

I'm all about the Cupid Shuffle! I hate to say it, but if FH doesn't like it too bad! I'm a dancer and he's not.

We had all the group dances from the Electric Slide to the Cupid Shuffle to the one where I always forget the name of the song but one of my cousins made up a dance for it and everyone in my family knows it but no one else does

I don't dance to the group dance songs, but people enjoy themselves so I don't have a problem with them being played at our wedding

I'm sorry I love line dances especially the wobble, and I am trying to learn all that I can. My FH cannot dance, but he says he will try and between the cupid shuffle, wobble and cha cha slide bring them on!!! I thrive on the high energy of the music. Where I am from line dancing is a must...I learned some of the newer dances on youtube while I am at work in the office, and the dances are great to sweat off those extra calories!!
