Your ring is beautiful! To each it’s own, personally I’m not into jewelry especially rings. We are purchasing rings but at a fraction of the price. We are both getting tattoos, because I don’t really care for jewelry and he can’t really wear them at work. I bought him a rubber band style ring for work as it is durable and inexpensive. Either way no one should be degrading, taking down about, or discussing someone else’s ring. I would ask if they’d like to donate to more expensive rings, that would shut them up...

I have a synthetic opal. It's actually much prettier and brighter than what I call "ground opals". When I took it to be resized, the jeweler explained that synthetic and lab made stones are better because they're more durable and pure than ground stones. My ring is amazing to me because he put in the time and energy to make sure I loved it. And I never ever take it off. You do you!

It’s all personal preference .. your ring is beautiful! If you’re happy with it then that’s all that matters!.. I personally am personally a diamond girl myself but that’s not to say I haven’t saw some beautiful CZs and rings with other stones!

Beautiful ring! And congrats! There's nothing wrong with CZ. In fact, anybody that doesn't have a trained eye cannot tell the difference, so it really doesn't matter.
This is my ring! I also have a CZ because I really didn't want FH spending a ton on me. A diamond was twice the cost of my ring set! And that was the SALE price! Diamonds are great, natural or man made, but I personally could care less as long as I have my FH.

I have a diamond . . I may have been offended at a vs ring .. if my fh has a tighter budget is go moissanite . But it's beautiful. But cz get scratched and don't hold up as well .. I wear cz earrings high quality but to me it's more costume and I'd they fall out no biggie . If you love it that's what matters .

I have a CZ Ring and I love it!! People can say what they want but I didn't want to go into debt before we got married just so I could have a diamond in my ring!

Another alternative for ladies on here is moissanite. Incredibly brilliant and strong at a fraction of the price of diamonds(: CZ is great, I looked at that too. My mom is a jeweler and recommended moissanite to FH who got it at cost price.
