Crying over everything!!!

Fabiana, on May 22, 2016 at 11:19 AM Posted in Community Conversations 0 14

Lately I feel like I've been super emotional about anything that has do with wedding. I watched this video my sister tagged me in on facebook, it was meant to be funny but it wasn't to me. It was a bride and her father walking down the aisle, and the caption said "when you hire your brother to dj your wedding, but loves house music". It started off as the traditional wedding March but slowly went into a full out edm beat half way down the aisle!!! At first I laughed, but than I thought.... Omg if something like that happened at my wedding I would probably die!!! The bride looked soooo upset. Any of you ladies find yourself to be extra emotional the closer it gets to your big day?

I'm no where close to our day but I cried for the first time over wedding planning. :/ We would love to have a ton of our friends and family to celebrate but we're currently 45 people over our venues max which is still freaking 300.

I am still a long way out from my wedding, but the other day I was looking at engagement pics on WW and started crying for no reason, hahahha. I mean, I was premenstrual at the time, so that was probably it...

@fablana...omg. I started crying this morning and haven't stopped!!! All of the planning is done. I'm not worried about the wedding, but I just feel numb. I called my cousin this morning to tell him Im not coming to his graduation party later today because with less than 2 weeks before the wedding, I just need a day to myself to just do laundry and dust my apartment and not have to drive anywhere or do anything related to anything. He was so sweet and told me he would "pray for me today to find my footing again" (he's going into the ministry). Then my grandma called and gave me the grandma guilt on a voicemail. I didn't even call her back. I cried from the guilt of not going and the relief that I'm actually doing something for myself. I can't tell which one is making me feel worse. Funny....weddings are supposed to be about the bride and groom, but all I feel is that I have to make everyone else happy. I'm not sure I even know how to feel happy for myself. I think his is all normal 2 weeks out? Lol

I've cried more since I've been engaged than I ever have in life. Especially picking out songs.

Yes!! I am not normally a crier, but with the wedding so close I have been getting teary eyed over seeing/hearing/talking about anything wedding related. I'm hoping I get it all out of my system now so I don't have to ugly cry my way down the aisle!

I'm no crier but when listening to songs to walk down the aisle to or first dance songs or just normal wedding videos I'm all teary eyed and mushy.

These days I cry at least once a day. Lol no joke. It happened as soon as soon as I started planning for the wedding.

I get the stress, and I'm a little concerned about what my own brother has planned. I'm trying daily to put myself in a non stressed mind set. It'll all be fine, even if he does anything embarrassing or if anything goes wrong, it won't be the end of the world. It is actually very freeing to be relaxed about most things. I'm sure as I get closer I will feel more stress, but is it really worth it to feel stressed? My FH hates when I get overwhelmed and there is nothing he can do to help. I don't want to put him or myself in that position unnecessarily. That's why on a situation like this, you can't stress about it. You're worrying about a what if, which may or may not happen.
