covid wedding cancellations

I’m so sorry. I had to postpone my May 2020 wedding and was devastated. I understand people not going to due Covid concerns but I would be annoyed at my family members if they pulled that. My bridesmaid got a new job and at the interview she told them I will be out of town this date. Most employers will respect that.

That’s obnoxious for sure. I’ve never heard of an employer not honoring days off that are requested upon hire...

Wow they should of just said they weren’t coming, why make excuses. My sister started a new job as well but she made sure to tell them she needs the day off for my wedding in Nov. lol
But I get it, I’m starting to have people back out now and I actually expected them to say no initially.

We had multiple people drop out the week of. Magically they realized their state had certain quarantine rules...they knew when and where the wedding was for a year. Anyways what can you do?!? Their loss and mine 😂
