Covid Concerns...again

Alaina, on July 13, 2020 at 12:37 PM Posted in Planning 1 4
Hello! It seems like we are reliving the same nightmare. My wedding is August 28th and back in april -may I was almost certain we would have to postpone our wedding. Than they gave us hope that summer would kill the virus. Now it is summer and we are getting shutdown again. I feel very frustrated and needed to vent. I feel like no one else understands or can relate the stress besides 2020 Brides. Family members say we have nothing to worry about but it is hard to not worry! Just hoping for the best and at the end of the day we are getting married August 28th no matter what💛

I'm sorry you're feeling stressful. This is a hard time for us all I think all you can do is be hopeful. Plan as much as you can plan, and pray it all works out. I know it's easier to say, but at the end of the day, what good is the stress doing to you? How are you able to change the things you're stressing about. You can't. You can control how you feel and how you proceed.

Stop, take a deep breath, smile and believe in your heart of hearts it will all work out. What's meant to be is going to be whether you stress or not about it.

Family members saying not to worry and that things will work out, does get a little on my nerves too, so I totally understand being stressed out. Try to get a hobby and keep your mind off things. Pray for trust and that your decisions are for the best, as much as they might suck. Consider the options and stick with the pros/cons. We planned to do everything in May but postponed our reception with hopes things would be better. Its not looking that way. But, we're married, and that's the whole point! Best of luck Smiley smile
