I've seen plenty of wedding dresses much bigger than yours at courthouse weddings. It's just a venue. It doesn't mean that it is any less special than any other venue.

Wear whatever makes you happy! I am also having a courthouse wedding before our ceremony at the end of the year and I am wearing a red gown. My better half is Asian so I went full on red ball gown and sexy heels. The courthouse gives you more freedom I feel like you can wear whatever you feel comfy in!
