Has anyone ever had, are having, or have been to, a couple's shower? My Aunts have graciously offered to host our shower and have suggested a couple's shower over the traditional bridal shower. Is this basically just a cocktail party? Are there any games played? Thanks in advance!!

We will he having one. My family and friends lives about 5 hours away and we wanted to have the bachelor and bachelorette party the same night (but not together) so we decided we will have a couples shower the same day. I like the have my FH around especially if his family is there and I don't know them as well

We did a couples shower at a bowling place with a live band. The guys loved it! There was a buffet, open bar, and people brought presents. More casual. But I'm also having the traditional bridal shower next week. But it's whatever you want to do. Make it fun for the guys though is key I think!

Just simple food and drinks, maybe some gifts. I wouldn't expect any games. It should be lots of fun!!!
