I live in Indy but my wedding is in Greenwood. So only about 2 hours from each other!

Hi date twins!!! Time is moving so fast! So far we have our church ceremony, venue, photographer, DJ, limo, cake, my dress, hair stylist, makeup artist, and wedding bands done! My bridesmaids are ordering their dresses in two weeks and we have a florist appt at the end of the month! I’m also sending out our save the dates this month which is making everything feel even more real! Happy planning!

Planning is going great! We have already booked our venue, rehearsal, caterers, officiant, photographer, makeup artist, got my dress 😍, BMs ordering their dresses and shoes, GMs have gotten fitted, ordered the cake, using artificial flowers because we are both highly allergic to real ones buuuut bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnières and corsages are almost finished. Basically at the point of paying things off and the final touches! Coming to a close with my search for a hairstylist and DJ. I am a stationary queen so I made my own Save the Dates and Invites. Even our honeymoon is practically paid off already. And the best part...we are still waaaay under budget due to family and friends referring us to people! What about you other awesome brides?

We are getting married on 9.26.20 no matter what. We have spent way too much money and I’m hearing that wedding insurance will not cover anything if you cancel.

I'm getting a little worried just because we don't know how long this will last. I have so much into my wedding, 15+ that I am worried.

We have about 2k in deposits and decor but it'll probably total to be 12k. My biggest concern is having to find a new MoH because mine is out of control and not being one bit supportive 😥

So are you wanting to replace her ? Our bestman dropped out so the end person took his spot and then we added someone some had an equal number. Are you thinking about canceling or moving your wedding ?

Anyone running into the issue of vendors not wanting to commit to your wedding? I called a highly recommended florist to get a quote for my wedding day and they don't even want to set a consultation appointment with me without a letter from my venue saying they for sure won't cancel my wedding due to Covid-19. I know September is a ways away but in wedding timeline it really isn't.

Hello Date Twins !! 😉 Soo with all of this virus situation going on I’m a little stressed and scared about my wedding date😩 I’m praying that all of this is under control by then because I do not want to postpone out wedding. Are you guys still getting married on the same day or have you guys changed the date ?

We are thinking about postponing, but I'm not sure. This is just so much unnecessary stress.

It really is . I don’t want to postpone it😓 We haven’t changed anything. As of right now we are still getting married on September 26th and still hoping that this situation doesn’t get worse.

I actually postponed on monday. 1) I wanted to do it before all the dates were taken for next year. 2) I just dont see big weddings happening, and say if we are all over this, some people may not even come. So it was just the best decision to move our date. Goodluck!

We’re still waiting it out to make our final decision by July 1st. We were planning on sending our wedding invites out then. I honestly don’t see this clearing up by then and even if restrictions are lifted I’m not sure we would be able all be able to gather in one place. I’m seriously SO stressed this week!! For some reason it’s all just hitting me like a ton of bricks. We still plan on getting married sept 26th in our church with just our parents and siblings at the very least and would consider postponing our reception to a later day - the only question is when? A few months? We would really be heartbroken waiting another year
