Hi date twins... I'm stressed about the wedding and I feel like it would be better talking to women going through the same thing! I'm sure my bridal party, fiance, and mother are all tired of hearing me complain even if they wont admit it. I also love knowing that we are all getting married on the same day and in the same state.

I'm glad you clarified the FH, I had no clue lol...

If you do decide to do video, my videographer was pretty reasonably priced compared to everything else I looked at... Clay Newman at ClayzVizion Media, he has a lot of his weddings on youtube and if you want to send him an email for packages he gets back super quick and is very professional ***********@*****.***

See... I feel silly not knowing what the "H" in FH stood for! Thank you for telling me. When I say I really want to go to Riviera Maya but I keep reading conflicting articles. Some say October is the best month to go and others are saying it's the rainy season. FH stated he would like to go to Aruba now but I'm going to continue researching a little. If we don't make it to Mexico for our honeymoon I'm going to take us for his birthday in January.

Wedding are way more expensive than I imagined and every day I try to figure out how I can save some money. It doesn't help that I just found someone to sing me down the aisle and I can't stop thinking about how beautiful it will be.

Yay! I feel so beautiful when I put my dress on... it is currently sitting in my sisters closet so that I'm not tempted to try it on everyday...

Yay! I still need to purchase shoes but the ones I'm in love with are almost $4000 Jimmy Choo Cinderella and I just can't bring myself to purchase them. The FH told me he would go half because he loves them too but I just can't imagine swiping my card for something so expensive. I would literally have to wear those shoes everyday to feel like I got my moneys worth!

What do you have left on your list? Teach me how to feel less stressed, lol.

I have 4 bridesmaids and the FH (I feel good using this now that I know what it stands for) has 6 groomsman. I have the dresses picked out and they will all actually be in the same dress and I'm letting them pick their shoes but I've decided on how I want them to wear their hair as well. FH (custom made jacket) and the groomsman will be wearing suits.

I don't think I'm doing save the dates... I can use this money to pay the singer for my wedding and I really only have less than maybe 10 people coming from out of town. How was your cake tasting? Are you wearing a veil? Are you all staying at the hotel connected to Ventanas? I've ben trying to figure this out as well and I have a room booked at the St. Regis but I'm canceling it.

Hi ... I feel like I put wedding planning a little on the backburner because we were in the process of closing on our house. We closed! Thank God!!! So, I'm back into planning mode. I am now trying to get a day-of-coordinator, get my engagement photos planned (not using for save the dates), invitations, wedding shoes, and figure out who will be doing my hair on the actual day.

I also realized that I need o sit down with my décor lady again because I had no clue about so many aspects of my wedding day but I have more ideas now. We just had our menu tasting last week and the food was so good and it feels so real now. I AM LITERALLY FREAKING OUT! So many small things to do and the time is flying ... when I first got engaged I felt like I had so much time and now... we are a little over 4 months away. Oh, we put the deposit down for our honeymoon. We decided on Aruba : )

How is planning going for you? Give me the details ...

I can’t believe we are under the 5 month mark!
We had our food & cake tasting last week and it was amazing. I’m waiting on 3 more invitation samples to come in then we need to decide on those and get them ordered. Our wedding photographer is booked, still waiting on the DJ to get back to me. We’ve submitted our letter asking about using the church, just waiting to hear back.

Today makes 4 months until our big day....YAY! The FH is working my nerves, lol ...asking me why his name can't go first on the invitation : 0

I am going to write out a list of things that need to be accomplished before this month is over and tackle each task and not move on until it's complete. I feel like I keep jumping all over the place and leaving things to linger and it's stressing me out.

We decided on an invitation over the weekend as I'm ordering from etsy...I really wanted super fancy invitations but I couldn't fathom the idea of paying almost $500 for them and people just tossing them in the trash! I would rather spend the money on an experience at the wedding or save it for fancy dinners on our honeymoon.

Have you been having to email the DJ multiple times to get a response? If the church says no is there a back up option? Just curious as I'm not getting married in a church and I don't really know how that works.

List are great! The price of invites are retarded! If the church is already booked then we can have it at the place we’re having the reception. They have both an indoor and outdoor place but we really wanted to have it at the church if we can.

Woohoo, we booked our DJ last night. He was the last of our Vendors we needed to book.
Have you decided on wedding shoes yet?
I need earrings and panties to complete my wedding look. That’s such an old combo to be deciding on. 🤣

    How’s your checklist coming along?

Yay!!! It feels so good to have all your vendors booked. I just went out shopping yesterday looking for wedding shoes and nothing... I'm so discouraged. I can't take my mind off the original shoes I wanted but I can't bring myself to pay thousands for them.

I've been looking at pretty panties to wear as well, lol.

I made my check list and completed one thing so far! Next up is working on my registry and not moving forward until that's complete. So...this was positive! I'm hoping by the end of the month that my checklist is done...

Have you checked poshmark or eBay for the shoes? Might be able to find them cheaper.
We need to get going on our registry too. We did a small one at Target to get started because we had some family asking about it before our engagement party.

I've checked a few sites but it's a really expensive shoe and most people are only taking maybe $1000 off... I'm just going to add it to my list and pray I find something before it's time for me to start alterations for my dress.

OMG Soooo overwhelmed.... I feel like I'm going crazy! So much going on, but I feel like I've gotten most everything planned and then I feel like I have so much to do that I'm missing. Also, I'm panicking about RSVP's is it weird I'm so worried nobody will want to come to my wedding Smiley sad

How are things with you? Hopefully better than me!

I'm pulling my hair out as I type! We are feeling the same. One minute I'm like "ok, I got this" ...then I'm like but you still have 1 million little things to do.

Oh noooooo... I stress about RSVP's and people wanting to come and then I stress about people asking me if they can come! Smiley winking

I'm going to pray for us, lol

54 ppl, how many ppl did you invite? I have heard from a lot of brides you do end up having to hunt ppl down to get their RSVP's. Did you do online RSVPs or mail?
