Couples getting married on October 3, 2020

We have been engaged for almost a year now but have been together going on seven!

View Quoted Comment My shower is in September and fully outside so we’re on for that. Bachelorette is booked so we shall see. Most likely getting legally married and doing reception in 2021

We just decided today to do a courthouse wedding on our planned wedding day and a vow renewal/belated reception one year later at our venue!

View Quoted Comment Our venue cancelled our wedding so on Oct 3rd, we're having a small ceremony outdoors in order to be able to walk down the aisle and recite our vows without masks. Then a small dinner with family and next year we'll do it again the way we originally planned.

Are you guys still keeping your October 3 date due to covid or postponing?

Unfortunately I postponed in hopes that in April things will be a little better. However I will not be pushing it out any further than that. Feeling really sad about postponing 😓

What did you do with your original wedding invites, if still scheduled for October 3rd, us ladies should be sending them out now! I am thinking of sending them, because I can’t change the date on them, but sending them with an insert saying due to the recent pandemic, things are changing on a daily basis. We will post updates to our wedding website. Thank you for your patience and understanding - type of thing. Any thoughts?

Getting married 10/3/2020 and got engaged May 31, 2020. 🥰👰🎉

Engaged since 6/15/16 lol. Supposed to have gotten married 11/11/17 but it didn't work out financially. Supposed to get married 10/10/20 but covid made our venue shut down so now we're on for 10/3!
