Couples getting married on October 27, 2023

Yes, this is our wedding date too! We picked this date because it was the next fall date our venue had in line (no specific reason for the date 😆).


In regards to planning, I have started slowly. We definitely have our venue, I started on bridal party proposal boxes, and pretty much beefing up and organizing my Pinterest boards. We also thought about photographer, only because she had done our engagement photos and we love them!
Did you start any planning? I would start a little due to weddings being moved and all. Depending where you live, things are pretty booked (at least that’s what I am finding here in PA).

The date means something to us and it happens to fall on a Friday so that's why we booked while we could. We've booked the band and venue so far and are looking for a photographer right now and are already finding that some of them are already booked up for that date! Covid has definitely made things crazy for planning purposes but we're enjoying the extended engagement time.

Hi there! I just settled on this date due to venue availability in fall. I’ve started wedding planning a bit - I have a theme/aesthetic, bought small decorations so far, I have several spreadsheets and notes about day of details, started speaking with DJs, booked my first bridal shopping appointment, been to a few caterer tastings, and began designing invitations and my website. I feel like I’m trying to do everything all at once and early!!!
