Hey! We’re getting married on the same day! I’ve been debating really hard on having my wedding at my fiancee’s grandmas on a beautiful ranch (free venue) however there’s no inside space and I’m afraid everyone will freeze their butt off! Idk what to do. Help! Lol

Where is the ranch and what is the weather typically like at this time of year?
Would you consider pricing the rental of an enclosed tent and heaters? Perhaps this could be an option to use the ranch venue and ensure guests are comfortable!

Hi Taylor,
Congrats! If the venue is free and has sentimental value for you as a couple I would really consider it. You can always use tents and heaters for the reception and if you want to have the ceremony in the open you can always offer blankets to the guests.

Depending on where you live it might not be that cold. I live in southeast Texas so we don’t experience much cold until late December. But heaters are nice, as well as one or two camp fires for people to enjoy could help.
