Couples getting married on May 25, 2020

I'm a bit nervous to be getting married on Memorial Day, BUT fives are my lucky number, and I feel quite confident getting married on 5/25 will be a good thing. Plus, we have lots of out-of-towners we are inviting and are hoping that with them having a long weekend to travel, it might help. We also live in a lovely area where the weather really turns on for Memorial Day, so fingers crossed for good weather.

Looking forward to talking with others who chose the same date!

    Hopefully outdoors! Our venue has a gorgeous deck with a pergola overlooking the St. Lawrence River and romantic Boldt Castle. If it rains, we'll be indoors, but fingers crossed, the weather will cooperate!

    Hopefully, the weather will be nice! It's always great to have a plan B though, just in case! What is the indoor space like?

    We have two and a half options if it rains... They typically hold their inside weddings at their swimming pool because it has the best view of the castle across the bay. My FH and I already said "NO WAY are we getting married at a pool"... Second option is to get married in the reception room itself, which we are actually cool with. Half option is they have a smaller reception room which they would line with chairs and we could use that. But if it's booked for the day, we can't use it. So I'm planning on our reception room if it rains Smiley smile
